Time measured in halving cycles: h = block height / 210,000. The integer part is the number of completed halvings, the fraction the progress through the current cycle. Block height per day from BRK first_height; anchor interpolation as stamped fallback.

Calculation
h = block_height / 210000; cycle = floor(h); cycle_progress_pct = (h − floor(h)) × 100.
