Price Index at Constant Supply

Chained market-cap-weighted price index of a coin group with each month's weights fixed at the previous month's supply — the market cap the group would have without dilution and new listings. The gap to the reported market cap is accumulated dilution plus net listings. Composition as of each month (no survivorship).
Calculation
I(t) = I(t−1) · Σ S_i(t−1)·P_i(t) / Σ S_i(t−1)·P_i(t−1) over coins present at both month ends (data-break coins excluded that month); I(start) = 100.
